I have earned certifications as a Pricing Strategy Advisor and Florida Military Relocation Specialist. My first year as a "rookie" agent I earned the President’s Club Award, and since being with Coldwell Banker Realty for two years have been awarded sales excellence as a top producer for both 2018 and 2019.
Representing buyers and sellers throughout Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Escambia counties, I am committed to providing my customers with superior service and exceptional results. Understanding that buying or selling a property is one of the biggest emotional and financial decisions an individual can make, I strive to make each transaction as seamless as possible, serving as your trusted and knowledgeable advisor throughout every step of the process. I grew up in Daytona Beach, Florida and at age 17 enlisted in the U.S. Navy. After 4 years of honorable service, I decided it was time to get my college degree. I moved to Pensacola as a scholarship recipient at the University of West Florida. I thoroughly enjoyed my college experience and was a member of the UWF NCAA Cross Country team, graduating in three years with a degree in History. It was during this time that I absolutely fell in love with Northwest Florida. The beaches, amenities, and history of this area are without rival. And as life would have it, I met my husband just shortly before graduating college. The next few decades of my life were spent working in construction management throughout the states. Moving every year or so as projects were completed and finding a new home each time was very reminiscent of military life. And it is this unique aspect of my background that has proven invaluable to my current success as a Realtor. I never forget how the process of moving, be it across town or across the country, impacts my customers’ lives.
When I am not working on behalf of my customers, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active, and weekend escapes to the beach and numerous area events. I am dedicated to giving back to the community, so I make sincere efforts to engage monthly in community events and fundraisers such as the March of Dimes and Healing Paws for Warriors.
